Not necessarily. If you have access to a gym, great — we'll use it. If you work out at home with minimal equipment, we build around that. Dumbbells and a resistance band can get you surprisingly far. Your plan is built around what you actually have, not what you wish you had.
Most people feel a difference in 2 weeks — better sleep, more energy, clothes fitting differently. Visible changes usually show up between weeks 4-8 depending on your starting point and consistency. I won't promise you a 6-pack in 30 days. I will promise you a system that actually works if you show up.
Quick and simple. You log your workout and meals through the app — takes about 2 minutes. I review it and give you feedback. If something's off, we fix it that day, not at the end of the week when it's too late. Think of it as having a coach in your pocket.
Yes. Your plan is built around YOUR schedule, not a textbook schedule. Night shift, rotating shifts, early mornings — we adjust meal timing, workout windows, and sleep strategy around your actual life. Many of my clients have non-standard schedules.
I'm not a doctor, so if it's a serious medical condition, your doctor should clear you for exercise first. But I've worked with people who have back issues, knee problems, PCOD, thyroid conditions, and diabetes. We work around limitations, not through them. Safety is always the priority.
